Crafting our flavored coffee begins with perfectly roasting beans. At Union Place Coffee Roasters, we start with Colombian and Brazilian beans specifically blended for our flavored coffee. We then roast our flavored coffee blend to a medium roast, for beans mild enough to not interfere with the decadent flavors we infuse while giving you the balanced natural coffee flavor intended. We flavor each small batch by hand. “Flavored coffee magic” first begins with roasted beans weighed out into separate containers. Then we mix a high quality liquid flavoring evenly throughout the beans. After that, we stir and shake the containers to ensure all the beans are coated uniformly. It’s a hands-on process that insures the batch soaks up all the delectable flavors. Finally, and most importantly, we wait. That is to say, properly flavoring coffee takes time. After 48 hours the beans have absorbed the flavorings and the coffee is ready to bag and be delivered to your door. Flavored coffees vary from mild, like French Vanilla or they be can be potent like Amaretto. All of our flavorings are 100% made in The USA. You’ll enjoy drinking flavored coffee after dinner as a desert coffee, but why wait? These are made for enjoying any time of day.
