RETURN POLICY FOR COFFEE
We can not accept returns on coffee as it is a perishable food item. We would like you to be satisfied with your purchase and are will be glad to resolve a problems. If you have an issue with your coffee, or if there is an error in your order, please contact customer service (585) 784-0404 within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to ensure you are satisfied with your coffee purchase. We will replace your coffee with another selection. We will ship a replacement coffee to you at a cost of $5.95 for shipping/handling charge.
RETURN POLICY FOR MERCHANDISE (NON-COFFEE)
We would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer refund for unused merchandise in original package for a refund of the product value, however we are unable to accept returns on used items. We will gladly exchange any defective item for a duplicate item.
All Returns or Exchanges on merchandise (non-coffee) must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Please email Customer Service your order number, name, reason for a Return/Exchange, and the item you wish to Return/Exchange. We will contact you with information on how your return will be processed.
We can not refund the price of shipping.
