ETHIOPIAN YIRGACHEFFE / LIGHT/MEDIUM ROAST – Citrus acidity, intense sweetness with herbal and tea notes. A beautiful cup with a clean finish.
HOLIDAY BLEND – A three bean post blend of medium and dark roasts, med-full bodied, bright acidity, nut and red berry notes with a hint of spice.
COSTA RICAN / MEDIUM ROAST – medium roast, soft acidity, a mild pleasant cup with rich chocolate notes and a fruity sweetness.
UNION PLACE DARK ROAST BLEND – this is one of our customer’s favorites. A three bean blend of Guatemalan, Brazilian and Colombian beans. Dark roasted producing light natural oils and rich bold taste. Full bodied, well balanced with a sweet caramelized finish.
